Discover how the Little Prince leaves his small asteroid and beloved rose behind and travels through the universe, eventually coming face to face with the perplexing world of adults! The film is based on Antoine de Saint-world-famous Exupéry’s storey.
The Little Prince is a storey about a Little Prince who has arrived on Earth from his house-sized planet, commonly known as Asteroid B 612. It was written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Although this adaptation is primarily aimed at children, many of whom are accompanied by an adult, as you sit in the row, you will embrace the inner child that this presentation encourages you to discover. Prendergast’s physicality as the Prince rolls around on the floor chuckling, floating through space carried by Johnson, or clambering over the orbs produces a storey of layers and depth that transcends the theatre’s modest space.
In his adventure around the Universe, The Prince meets a variety of characters, including a Garden of Roses, a Fox, a Snake, and a King with no subjects who just tells The Prince and the audience to do whatever they are already doing, much to the delight of the youngsters in the audience. While the Pilot works to mend his jet, The Prince tells of all the individuals he’s encountered on his quest for happiness but eventually returns to his home, where he’ll find a Rose who has both besotted him and fatigued him.
