The South Bank and Southwark are not the only parts of South London. The boroughs that makeup South London go all the way to the boundaries of Outer London, but the region south of the Thames in Central London (and a tiny section of The City of London) is intriguing, historic, and picturesque. South still has a large Caribbean community, across Brixton, Peckham and Croydon which give it the flair that people from all around the world come to experience. The richest boroughs of London, Kensington, Westminster, and Chelsea, as well as Camden and the majority of The City, are located north of the River. Richmond and Kingston, although being poorer than the top runners, are nevertheless astonishingly wealthy by anyone’s standards.
