Nestled in-between the Ram Quarter and Southside Shopping Centre lies one of Wandsworth’s hidden gems – a beautiful Victorian building that was once a chapel – and is now the home of the National Opera Studio.
Drop in anytime between 3 and 5pm to hear some luscious summer songs by wonderful, talented young opera singers, while you tuck into scones, tea, or homemade lemonade. There will be two short shows on rotation during this time. You can stay as long as you like… a few minutes or the whole afternoon!
‘Songs and Scones’ is an informal way of welcoming friends old and new to the Studio to relax and enjoy themselves.
There is no charge for ‘Songs and Scones’, but contributions to the work of Studio are very welcome.
