The National Maritime Museum’s photography show, Exposure: Lives at Sea, explores what life is like for those who work at sea today.
The exhibition sheds a light on this sometimes neglected but vital activity through a series of images taken by persons working in the maritime industry.
Our seas provide us with food, ecosystem services, electricity, and transportation, but they are a world that is rarely seen. The exhibition brings together photos from around the world, from the Mexican reefs to the remoteness of Antarctica, to show us the many different ways life may be spent at sea.
The museum is free to access, however you must have a ticket to the National Maritime Museum.
