It is a joyous, physical, and verbal outburst against these forces which masquerade as love in the newest dance theatre comedy production by New Art Club, a pioneering performance company. The creation of the cosmos and all in it is fueled by a mythical love that cannot be explained. Love at first sight. Friendship blossoms into love. You as well as the people you care about are in love with each other. It is amusing, sad, and thoughtful all at the same time. It isn’t really a narrative, yet it has a multitude of stories within it. It’s similar to you in that regard. In the centre of the creature is a fluttering heart that has plummeted to the ground.
Because of the deft physicality of the New Art Club, this impossibly large issue is split apart and brought brilliantly to life.
