Alexandra Palace Ice Rink Amateur Production presents a re-telling of the story of Rapunzel, who has been locked away in a tower since she was captured as a baby by the evil witch. Spending all her days daydreaming about what life could be like on the outside, with the arrival of an unexpected visitor, her dreams may suddenly become a reality. Expect adventure, humour, love and hair… lots of hair.
This production is based on the German fairytale Rapunzel by the Brothers Grimm, however the story has been adapted to include additional ‘panto style’ characters that add warmth and humour to this beloved classic.
The cast comprises home-grown talent of all ages and features Disney On Ice and theatre professionals from their ice skating community.
Suitable for children 2+ years old.
