Enjoy the excitement of ice skating while being surrounded by fairy lights nestled in frost-covered trees and the scent of mulled wine.
Whether you can skate like Bambi or dance like Torvill and Dean on ice, a visit to the Museum’s Ice Rink is a must this holiday season.
The Ice Rink at the Natural History Museum will close this year after an astonishing 16-year run. As part of a nationwide initiative to inspire people to aid nature on their doorsteps, the Museum will transform our five-acre gardens into a centre for urban wildlife.
To guarantee your spot, book your skate session online or purchase your tickets at the box office when you arrive. If you haven’t booked your session in advance, you may have to wait for your turn on the ice, especially during peak hours.
