As Halloween creeps closer, families on the hunt for ‘fang-tastic’ fun this October can look forward to a host of activities in the capital at Merlin Entertainments’ London attractions.

From the depths of the Amazonian Rainforest to the brilliantly bonkers fairytale adventures from Far Far Away, there’s something for everyone to get their teeth into this October half term.

And for those brave souls in search of something a little more terrifying, a spine-chilling new show about the unexplained phenomena in London’s most haunted house is set to launch at the Home of Halloween, The London Dungeon.

SEA LIFE London Aquarium

Intrepid explorers brave enough to get up close and personal with an amazing variety of creepy crawlies and curious critters will have a ‘jawsome’ time at SEA LIFE London Aquarium’s new Creepy Creatures experience this Halloween.

Launching on Saturday 22nd October and running until Monday 31st October, the London Aquarium’s Rainforest Adventure will invite young explorers to meet its Rainforest Ranger and embark on a spooky adventure of discovery, busting the myths around some of the rainforest’s creepiest creatures. Come fang to fang with the Chilean Rose Tarantula and race the colony of leafcutter ants to find the queen before watching the feeding frenzy of the UK’s biggest collection of Piranhas!

Shrek’s Adventure! London

This spooky season come and hang out with one of Far Far Away’s most brilliantly bonkers heroes, Puss in Boots, who will be on hand, or should we say paw, to meet and greet guests as the ‘purr-fect’ addition to Shrek’s Adventure! London this October Half Term.

Running from Friday 21st October until Monday 31st October, each day the best dressed guests will receive a ghoulish goodie bag to take home.

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to star in your own fairytale adventure, Shrek’s Adventure! London is for you. Become the hero of London’s only fairytale walk-through experience and meet the characters from Far Far Away including the big green man himself!

The London Dungeon

Set in the spine-chilling attic of the most haunted house in the capital, this Halloween the London Dungeon is launching its new seasonal show ‘50 Berkeley Square’.

From the spirit of a young girl murdered by her servant to the ghost of a heartbroken resident and a scared-to-death Captain still wandering the halls of this haunted house, daring guests will join the gallery of the derelict Berkeley Square attic, as they try to uncover the many terrifying and unexplained phenomena at the property.

The new show, which launches from Saturday 15th October and runs to Monday 31st October, is just one of 17 horrifying shows and thrilling rides which promises to bring London’s dark history to life at the Home of Halloween.

Madame Tussauds London

The celebrity spotlight is shining bright at Madame Tussauds London this October Half Term where you can rub shoulders with its latest superstar A-listers including Stormzy, Mo Salah and John Boyega.

And if it’s been your lifelong dream to meet the late, great, musical icon, David Bowie, then now is your chance as the Starman himself can be seen in the attraction’s newly launched Impossible Festival Zone which features an array of musical talent, from both past and present, in a truly impossible line up that can’t be seen anywhere else.
